Is it best to order online or over the phone?
You can place your order either way although ordering online is probably faster as you won't have to spell out your address and details like you need to over the phone. Our office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday so outside of these times we would suggest ordering online.
I've just ordered an item and now when I go on your website it's showing as out of stock
Our automated stock control system works in real time so you have ordered the last item we have available for that product. When your order completed, our system allocated the remaining unit to your order and now shows it as out of stock so no-one else can order until we restock.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK and overseas. Some brands restrict where we can send orders to:
JuJuBe - we cannot ship to Singapore, China, Japan or Hong Kong
Storksak - we cannot ship to Australia or New Zealand
PacaPod - we can only ship to the UK and Ireland
How do I return an item?
At the top of our website is a link called 'Returns' which can be found in our header or footer. You can see our full instructions on there and all the details about our 30 Day returns period.
How much postage will I have to pay to return anything I don't want?
Please see the link to our Returns page under the Customer Services menu. This will have all the details you need about returning or exchanging an item.

Do you wholesale your products?
No, we are a retailer only so we cannot divulge information about our suppliers or sell you large numbers of the same product. Please do not embarress yourself by calling us to say you are setting up a bag business and would like to know all the details of our suppliers. We will not give them to you as we have worked hard to find and build relationships with our designers.
