Loyalty Points

When you sign up for a Happybags account, you qualify for our Loyalty Points programme.

For every £1 you spend, you will receive 1 Loyalty Point. Once you gather 50 Points or more, you can redeem them against your next order or save them up for future orders. Sign into your account at any time to see your current Loyalty Points balance.

Points are equivalent in value to 3% of the price of any items your purchase (excluding delivery charges) so for every £1 you spend we will give you 3p back to use against future orders.

You will be told how many points you have been awarded when you checkout and in your confirmation email. You can also check your loyalty points value at any time by logging into your account and clicking the "Order Information" tab.

You must be logged in to your account before checking out in order to redeem your points. Then simply tick "Use Points" box in the checkout basket and the discount will be applied to your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For each £1.00 spent 1 Loyalty Point will be awarded (excluding any P&P charges). A Loyalty Point is worth 3p.

2. No cash alternative available.

3. Returns/refunds will result in a debit to your points balance.

4. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months.

5. From time to time we offer Loyalty Points as a bonus. These points are not transferable, expire within 12 months and only one bonus is awarded per household.
