How do I make a return or exchange?
There is a link at the top of our page labelled 'Returns' All the information you need can be found on that page. If you are unable to print your returns form for any reason, please note all the information we need to know on a piece of paper and include it with your parcel.

Do you ship to the US?
No we are unable to due to product liabilty insurance restrictions.

Is the red on the Lin and Leo BabyBo the same as the red on the Baby Bag?
Yes it is.

Do you wholesale any of your range?
No, we are a retailer only.

i am interested in buying the skip hop via messenger bag in grey. Please could you tell me if the shoulder strap is adjustable so that i can fit across a twin side by side buggy. I don't really want the double size that you do as i don't need one that big
If your double pushchair has a single bar handle, then you can use the proper buggy clips to attach it to the pushchair rather than using the shoulder strap. Having said that, the shoulder strap will be long enough to reach across.

Do you have a brochure or catalogue?
No, as our stock is always being updated, we found any catalogue we produced was out of date within a few days of being printed.

I've lost the strap for my Skip-Hop, can I get a replacement?
Yes, they are available for a nominal charge. Please contact us and we will advise how to obtain one. You will need to look inside the main body of the bag to see where your bag was made as the straps are different sizes for different countries.

I was wondering what your refund policy is as I'm interested in one of your bags but don't know whether I will like the colour when I get it?

Does the Totseat fit on any chair?
We used the Totseat with our 18 month old whilst on holiday and it comfortably fitted all the chairs we tried it on.
