A bit disappointed with the DadGear Backpack. Especially considering the price I had expected more. It has lots of inside mesh pockets, but they are all too small for the nappies. The back straps are not really that comfortable, a bit too flimsy and they're too close together at the top, and I'm a woman with a thin neck. For a man with a wider neck and broader shoulders they must be even more uncomfortable. At least one of the bottle pockets could be insulated. The box for the wipes does not really fit in the pocket very well. Overall there's room for improvement.
Happybags says 'The nappy area is at the top of the bag, in what DadGear call the Nappy Hammock, so the mesh pockets are not designed to hold nappies as such.'

Really practical, a great buy. - Catherine
I have 2 toddlers and a baby so i wanted a good size rucksack to fit everything in and leave both hands free. This bag fits the bill, a good size for 2 or 3 children, lots of pockets that can be used in different ways, good quality and comfortable to carry. I am not sure about the wipes pocket, it is small so you have to keep refilling it and you have to keep reaching into the wipe pocket of the bag every time you want a wipe rather than having the packet on the table next to you, which makes life hard work!! I was also disappointed with the change mat, it is small and quite thin so not good for toddlers and using outdoors on walks etc. Perhaps i have been spoilt by my previous change mat! Overall though i am very pleased with this bag, there is not much choice in the 'changing rucksack' range and this does a good job. Service/delivery from Happybags was good too.
